Around this time of year, we have no excuse to wear a glittery top anymore as the New Year days is far behind us. If Christmas is not the only day we allow ourselves to indulge and go for seconds, then what is the reason not to sequin out on a normal... Thursday?
It all depends on the rest of the look to not seem like you're still waiting around for a party to happen. Firstly, jeans. Yes, just wear them and don't question. Next, easy, simple boots and a light jacket are completely irrelevant to the gold but are exactly what we need. You can stick to that or give it another layer as I obviously did. As I do my bashing sweater a favor and paired it with a button down shirt to complete this post party season (isn't it party season all year round?) wear.
